Consent Withdrawal

You may withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us in writing at admin@dharmanutritionclinic.com. This consent will renew automatically with each new telehealth consultation unless explicitly canceled.

Services from Medical Group

Dharma Nutrition Clinic does not provide direct medical care or advice but facilitates access to independent providers through our platform. These providers operate independently and are responsible for the care they deliver. Prescriptions obtained from these providers are for personal use only, and you should consult your provider with any questions regarding their use.
