Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Due to the personalized nature of the medications, supplements, devices, and other goods that you order, we cannot accept returns. Except as expressly set forth below, we do not offer refunds. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Refunds

All products that you order are non-refundable.

If there is an issue with shipping or the condition of the items received at delivery, please contact us within 48 hours and provide the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Tracking Number
  • Photo Evidence of the Damage (if applicable)

We will assess these issues on a case-by-case basis and determine if a refund or replacement is warranted.

If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 days.

Refund Policy Clause for Prescription Products:

  • In the event the client elects to cancel the order prior to the shipment of the medication, a non-refundable service fee of $75 per patient will be applied.
  • Once the medical form has been submitted and the doctor has not declined the prescription, cancellations are not permitted, and no refund will be issued.
  • Should the prescribing doctor decline to approve the use of the medication, a full refund will be processed, less the $75 service fee.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you feel you have not received your refund, please check with the credit card company or bank first, as there may be a delay in posting back to your account based on the terms of your credit card company/bank refund policy.

POLICY ON CLIENT REQUESTS FOR CANCELLATION/REFUND AFTER RECEIVING MEDICATION

Once the medication has been shipped and received by the client, we are unable to accept cancellation or refund requests under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and safety of the medication provided. As medications are regulated products, returns cannot be accepted after the package has been delivered, even if unopened.

By purchasing medication from us, the client acknowledges that all sales are final upon delivery, and it is their responsibility to ensure the medication is appropriate for their needs prior to placing the order. We are available to answer any questions before a purchase is made to avoid any issues.

POLICY ON PROVING PREGNANCY FOR NON-RECEIPT OF MEDICATION

If a client claims they did not receive the medication and seeks to cancel or refund the purchase, we require documented evidence of pregnancy before proceeding with any refund or replacement request. The necessary documents include recent lab work confirming the pregnancy. This helps us verify the legitimacy of the claim and ensures that the medication was ordered based on actual need.

Failure to provide valid and up-to-date lab work will result in the denial of any refund, replacement, or cancellation. This policy ensures that medications are being responsibly provided for genuine medical needs.
