Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
Due to the personalized nature of the medications, supplements, devices, and other goods that you order, we cannot accept returns. Except as expressly set forth below, we do not offer refunds. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Refunds
All products that you order are non-refundable.
If there is an issue with shipping or the condition of the items received at delivery, please contact us within 48 hours and provide the following information:
- Order Number
- Tracking Number
- Photo Evidence of the Damage (if applicable)
We will assess these issues on a case-by-case basis and determine if a refund or replacement is warranted.
If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 days.
Refund Policy Clause for Prescription Products:
- In the event the client elects to cancel the order prior to the shipment of the medication, a non-refundable service fee of $75 per patient will be applied.
- Once the medication has been shipped and a tracking number has been generated, cancellations are not permitted, and no refund will be issued.
- Should the prescribing doctor decline to approve the use of the medication, a full refund will be processed, less the $75 service fee.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you feel you have not received your refund, please check with the credit card company or bank first, as there may be a delay in posting back to your account based on the terms of your credit card company/bank refund policy.
